From the cab to the safety office.
My career started in commercial driving. I know the long days, the pressure to stay on schedule, and how a policy sounds when it is handed down by someone who has never had to follow it at 4 a.m.
I later moved into fleet safety management, where I saw the other side: the regulations, the records, the crash reviews, the insurance conversations, and the audits. I learned what it takes to build a program that satisfies the paperwork.
Carrying both perspectives is what shapes Elevare. A safety program has to hold up in an audit, and it has to make sense to the driver who lives with it. If it only works on paper, it does not work.
I started Elevare to give small and midsize fleets the kind of experienced safety leadership that is usually out of reach until a company is much larger.
